Christmas pudding ice cream

A delicious and easy way of using up leftover Christmas pudding.

    150ml chilled ready made custard
    150ml double cream, whipped
    125g leftover Christmas pudding, crumbled

Mix together the custard and whipped cream then stir in the crumbled Christmas pudding. Put the mixture into a freezable container and place in the freezer for 6 hours. Remove & give it a stir. Put back in the freezer until it’s the consistency you want.
